Yes. This 36L air fryer oven can be used for baking, roasting, grilling, air frying and more. It works like a countertop convection oven, with hot air circulation for even cooking.

Yes. You can choose a preset cooking programme or manually adjust the time and temperature to suit different foods and recipes.

Yes. The large 36L capacity is suitable for family meals, weekend cooking and larger portions. It can fit foods such as pizza, chicken, chips, vegetables and baked dishes.

No. This is not a microwave. It uses heated air circulation to cook food, making it suitable for air frying, baking, roasting and grilling.

It comes with 7 accessories, including a wire rack, air fryer basket, baking tray, drip tray, removable handle, rotisserie set and rotisserie handle for everyday cooking.

MYSSDAW provides a one-year limited warranty by default for the air fryer oven. This warranty is designed to protect customers from any material and workmanship defects that may occur during normal household use, provided that the product is used for its intended purpose and maintained according to its instructions (e.g. in the expected environment and under normal conditions).

 

Warranty Coverage

MYSSDAW provides a one-year limited warranty for the product from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers any issues due to manufacturing defects, such as material and workmanship defects, that may arise during normal use of the air fryer oven. If your product fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, MYSSDAW will decide whether to repair or replace the original defective device and/or non-wear parts.

 

What Is Not Covered by This Warranty?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to use the product according to the product manual and instruction
  • Damage or defects that occur during commercial, rental, or non-intended use of the product
  • Modification of the product from its original state
  • Accidents, fire, flood, or other natural disasters and force majeure factor
  • Normal wear and tear of easily worn parts (such as grilling racks, baking trays, frying baskets, chicken roasters, rotating baskets, and other accessories) that require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure proper functioning of your equipment, which is not covered by this warranty
  • Defects caused by unauthorized repair personnel of MYSSDAW. These defects include damage caused during transportation, alteration, or repair of MYSSDAWproducts (or any of its components) by unauthorized repair personnel.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, failure to perform necessary maintenance, or improper handling during transportation.
  • Consequential and incidental damage
  • Damage or defects that exceed the cost of the product
  • Purchase receipts or documents that have been altered or made difficult to identify in any way, including model numbers, serial numbers, or production date codes on the product that have been changed, deleted, or made  difficult to identify.

If the product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by non-MYSSDAW authorized personnel, the warranty will be voided.

 

 How to Apply for Warranty Service

If your MYSSDAW air fryer oven encounters problems during the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact MYSSDAWcustomer service to report the issue and obtain a return merchandise authorization and return plan as instructed.
  2. Safely pack the product in its original packaging or appropriate alternatives as instructed.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by MYSSDAWcustomer service as instructed.

 

If we receive your product, our technical team will evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action. If during the warranty period it is determined that there are any material and workmanship defects that occurred during manufacturing, MYSSDAW will determine whether to repair or replace the product or its parts. If the product is no longer available, MYSSDAW may replace it with a similar or equivalent product.

Warranty Remedy

MYSSDAW liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the product, as determined by us. HYSapientia is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or personal injury.

Warranty Limitation

This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Any resale or transfer of the product will render this warranty void. This warranty does not include any accessories or attachments that are not part of the original product packaging.

Beware of Unauthorized Dealers or Seller

This limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. MYSSDAW’s limited warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers who have agreed to abide by MYSSDAW’s quality control. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized websites or dealers may be counterfeit, used, defective, or not designed for use in your country or region. Protect yourself and your product by ensuring that you only purchase from MYSSDAW or its authorized dealers.

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the purchased product is located.
